1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers, discount vouchers, and promotional vouchers (“Vouchers”) issued by Lightzzz Out Ltd.
1.2 By purchasing, receiving, or using a Voucher, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Voucher Validity
2.1 Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
2.2 The expiry date is clearly printed on each Voucher. Once expired, Vouchers cannot be used, extended, or replaced.
2.3 Vouchers are issued in pounds sterling (£) and are valid for use within the United Kingdom only.

3. Redemption
3.1 Vouchers can be redeemed against eligible sleep consultancy services offered directly by Lightzzz Out Ltd, including one-to-one consultations, sleep support packages, and follow-up sessions.
3.2 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other vouchers, or transferred to another service provider.
3.3 To redeem, clients must quote their unique voucher code when booking and present the voucher (physical or digital) at the time of consultation.
3.4 If the chosen service exceeds the value of the Voucher, the difference must be paid by the Client before the consultation date.
3.5 If the chosen service is of lower value, no cash or credit refund will be given, but the remaining balance may be applied to another service booked before the expiry date.
3.2 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase other vouchers, or transferred to another service provider.

4.1 Voucher redemption is subject to appointment availability. Early booking is recommended.
4.2 Once a booking has been made using a Voucher, our standard cancellation policy applies.
4.3 Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
4.4 If a session is cancelled with less than the required notice, or if the Client does not attend, the Voucher may be forfeited.
4.5 In the unlikely event that Lightzzz Out Ltd must cancel or reschedule a session, the Voucher will remain valid and may be used for a future booking.
